Shenzhen Weikesen Biopharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in March 2022, jointly established by Zhengzhou Weirui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and investment funds, mainly engaged in the research and development of anti-tumor/antiviral immune drugs/therapeutic vaccines.

The company has established a multi background research team led by co-founder and CEO, former Zhengzhou University distinguished professor and returnee scholar Han Zhiqiang, with a focus on oncology, pharmacy, organic synthesis, and biomedical majors. The team is mainly engaged in the research and development of anti-tumor/antiviral immune drugs/therapeutic vaccines. The company currently has multiple product pipelines, with the first drug being an immune agonist based on TLR7/8 agonists. It has commissioned a well-known CRO company to conduct preclinical research and is expected to submit an IND application in September October 2024. It is expected to receive Phase I clinical approval from the US and China in January February and May June 2025. The second drug is progressing smoothly and is expected to enter preclinical research by the end of the year.
