We founded Innorna in 2019, firmly believing that mRNA can achieve goals that existing treatment methods cannot achieve. From day one, we built a proprietary platform from scratch - a well-designed lipid library containing over 100000 ionizable lipid structures, extensively screened through non-human primate studies, and rigorously synthesized and optimized experimental designs for the target LNP delivery system.  

    Based on this foundation, we have built a comprehensive integration capability covering discovery, development, and cGMP manufacturing - pushing four drug candidate drugs into clinical trials, administering them to over 900 participants, and transforming platform innovation into clinical stage projects with speed and capital efficiency that few companies can match.  

    Nowadays, we are expanding from vaccines to mRNA based protein replacement therapies for the treatment of chronic metabolic diseases, as well as targeted in vivo immunotherapy for autoimmune diseases. Every project has deepened our platform, and every progress on the platform has opened up new pipeline possibilities. This is the virtuous cycle of the Inona core.
